Motivated by gesture and expression, this workshop focuses on material, application, and composition. Using photographic references, you will break down each painting into manageable stages while implementing new techniques, identifying personal goals, and enjoying the process.

Tom will demonstrate and guide you through a variety of concepts and techniques, as well as provide individualized instruction as you incorporate what you learn into your work. Using provided photo references, you will bring your work to the next level and begin in a new direction aligned with your artistic goals. This workshop is open to painters working in oil, pastel, or acrylic.
